TESTAE
Terms of use
These terms describe the planned TESTAE mobile learning service operated by Quizit Mobile S.L. TESTAE is in development and is not publicly available. The website does not sell subscriptions or create app accounts. These app terms will apply when testing or registration opens and may be updated before launch to match the released service.
Educational service and medical disclaimer
TESTAE provides questions, explanations and learning tools for educational practice. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, a clinical decision-support system or a substitute for professional training, current evidence, local protocols, supervision or independent clinical judgement. Do not use the app to make a decision about a patient or in an emergency.
The app is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official service of a government, regulator, university, examination body, employer or professional organization. Question sources and educational content can become incomplete or outdated. We work to correct reported problems but do not guarantee that every question, explanation, score or statistic is complete, current or error-free.
Using the service
You may use the app only lawfully and for personal educational purposes. You are responsible for accurate account information, activity under your account and the security of your device and sign-in methods. Do not share access, bypass limits, scrape or bulk-copy content, interfere with the service, probe its security, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, or use the app to violate another person's rights.
Do not jailbreak or root a device in a way that compromises its security. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, non-payment or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Free and planned paid access
The planned free service allows three answered questions per profile's local day, with explanations and the ability to save bookmarks. Planned monthly and yearly subscriptions add unlimited questions plus practice using bookmarked or previously missed questions. The exact price, currency, billing period, included features and any introductory offer will be shown before purchase. Features may change before launch.
Auto-renewable subscriptions
If subscriptions become available, purchases will be processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and administered in the app through RevenueCat. Payment is charged to the store account confirmed at purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the period shown at purchase unless you cancel through that store before renewal under its rules. Deleting the app or your TESTAE account does not cancel a store subscription.
You can manage or cancel in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation. If an eligible purchase is not recognized, use the app's restore-purchases control while signed into the relevant store account, then contact support if needed. Restore cannot recover a purchase tied to a different store account or platform where the store does not allow it.
Any trial or promotional offer will disclose its duration, conversion and price before acceptance. Store notices and applicable law govern price changes, cancellation and refunds. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, including any statutory remedy or withdrawal right that applies. Refund requests may need to be made to the store that processed the payment.
Internet, devices and availability
TESTAE is designed as an online service. Starting practice and synchronizing answers require an active connection. Your network provider's terms and data or roaming charges apply, and you need the bill payer's permission if the device or plan is not yours. Unsynced work may be lost if the connection fails or the app closes.
You are responsible for a compatible, charged and reasonably secure device and for installing required updates. Operating systems, stores, networks and third-party services can change or become unavailable. We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue features or the service. We will use reasonable care and give legally required notice, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or support for every device or operating-system version.
Intellectual property and feedback
You’re not allowed to copy or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks, extract its source code, translate it or make derivative versions, except where we give permission or applicable law permits it. The App itself, and the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain with Quizit Mobile S.L. or their respective owners.
The app, its software, design, branding, question presentation and original educational content are owned by or licensed to Quizit Mobile S.L. and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the service under these terms. No ownership is transferred.
You retain rights in material you submit. You give us permission to use a problem report or feedback to provide support, investigate, correct content and improve the service. Submit only material you are entitled to share, and do not include patient data or unnecessary sensitive information.
Privacy and external services
Our Privacy notice explains planned account, learning, analytics, notification and subscription processing. The service depends on providers including Supabase, Mixpanel, RevenueCat, Apple, Google and notification infrastructure. Store and provider services may also be governed by their own terms. External links are provided for convenience; we do not control their content or availability.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Quizit Mobile S.L. is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by your breach or misuse, network or device failure outside our reasonable control, or reliance on the app for clinical or patient-specific decisions. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so is unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer guarantees.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. If the service ends, your licence to use it ends. Terms that by their nature should continue, including intellectual-property, accrued payment, responsibility and dispute provisions, remain effective. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
Law, consumer rights and changes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Spanish courts have jurisdiction except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use the courts or protections of another place. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.
We may update these terms when the service, providers or law changes. We will post the revised terms and, for a material change, provide notice or request acceptance where required. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the service and cancel any subscription before its next renewal. These prelaunch terms were last updated on 10 September 2026.
